Board of Directors

Board Chairman

Dr Keith Goh Yu-Ching

Keith is the Medical Director of International Neuro Associates, and a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon based at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, where he specializes in pediatric neurosurgery. Keith has more than 30 years of medical experience, and is well-known for performing complex surgeries to separate conjoined twins, as well as conducting clinical trials using stem cells to treat children with neurologic conditions.

As one of the Founders of Make-A-Wish Singapore in 2003, he granted his first wish to a child who wished for a blue piano. Since then, he has served in many roles, including Board Chair of Make-A-Wish International from 2007-2010.

Vice Chairman

Mr Rajendra Pai

Raj is currently Head of Strategic Investments for a large multinational tasked with development and deployment of the company's investment strategy in Asia (ex Japan).

Prior to returning to Asia, he was a Director with the same firm in its investment arm in New York. There he was lead member of a team of investment professionals that managed over US$2 billion of assets. Previously, he worked with the same conglomerate in Singapore as their Chief Trader for petrochemicals covering global markets.

Raj has worked and lived in Mumbai, London, New York and now calls Singapore home. He has been a Wish Granter and actively involve with MAW 2007.

Treasurer

Mr Paul Vinod D'Souza

Paul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds an BA degree from London Business School.

He currently works at Chub Insurance in the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific Zone. Prior to joining Chubb, Paul worked for First Data Corporation based in the UK and Singapore. He had also held senior Finance roles over the course of twelve years at Citibank in UK and India.

Mr Richard Yong Siak Hoong

Richard is the Managing Director of Philip Stein Asia, taking care of the South East Asia Pacific operations. He started as a Wish Granter during the early years of Make-A-Wish Singapore. The experience was very fulfilling as he helped to make a positive impact on children with life-threatening illnesses.

Mr Jason David Rosenthal

Jason is a Director of Active Portfolio Advisory at UBS AG. He has over 20 years of trading experience within the financial markets. His desire is o be a part of the wish granting process that is embodied by hope, strength and joy at Make-A-Wish.

Mr Davy Lau Chun Wah

Davy is currently managing his private direct investment company, DGL Group Inc. he sits on the board of Nasday listed hiSoft Technology International Ltd (NASDAQ:HSFT) and is a member of the Governance Committee of United World College South East Asia as well as some of his investee companies. Previously, he was with carious global companies. Previously, he was with various global firms such as Egon Zehnder International, GTECH Corporation, Citigroup, among other companies.

Ms Gillian Tay Weng Boon

Gillian is a self-motivated consultant and entrepreneur with a wide range of experiences in investment, services, sales, hospitality, fashion, events and creative industry. She then switched to the real estate and investment industry for the past 25 years, advising high net worth clients on local, global real estate, relocation & investment products. She also manages seminars, training & conferences world wide for The Global Institute for Risk management standards (G31000) since 2012. Gillian has been serving as council member of the International Real Estate Federation from 2008 till date. She was the Chairperson of the Disciplinary & Mediation Panel of Singapore Accredited Estate Agency and ex-President of The Cosmopolitan Women's Club.

Mr Vincent Tang

Vincent Tang is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse AG in Singapore. He is the Head of Real Assets Lending which comprises of Aviation, Ship and Export Finance business in the Asia Pacific region. Vincent joined Credit Suisse in 2009 from UBS as a Senior Relationship Manager and subsequently a team leader for Private Banking Relationship Managers in Singapore. He has over 23 years of wealth management experience and started his private banking career with Bank Leu AG in 1995 which was then part of Credit Suisse Group. Prior to that, he worked as a Financial Consultant in McLean, Virginia, USA. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, USA.

Mr Lawrence Patrick

Lawrence Patrick has spent nearly 20 years working in the private, public and academic health care sectors, including 15 years in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, expanding the Johns Hopkins Medicine mission of excellence in medical education, research and clinical care. Lawrence currently serves as the chief executive officer of Johns Hopkins Singapore, a fully branded Johns Hopkins oncology facility in Singapore, where his primary focus is to provide strategic leadership and development for Johns Hopkins Singapore’s emerging growth objectives. Mr. Patrick is an active member of several boards of corporate and philanthropic organizations and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in health administration

Dr Low Yee

Low Yee is a senior paediatric surgeon at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and has been working with children since 1997. She heads the department of Paediatric Surgery and is concurrently deputy chair of the Division of Surgery. She is an adjunct Associate Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where she is involved with undergraduate medical education. She recently obtained an Executive MBA from Insead Business School in 2015. In her daily work she journeys with children with various life threatening conditions, and she hopes to contribute further by bringing these children joy and hope as they see their wishes granted

David Ong

David is a partner with EY Singapore where he leads the Asean Corporate Services practice. He has more than 20 years experience advising companies set up businesses and their back office support like accounting, payroll and corporate secretarial functions. His extensive portfolio of clients comprises multinationals and local businesses, spanning various industries such as general trading, shipping, manufacturing and assembly, retail, PE funds, pharmaceutical and property development

David and his family have been actively involved in fund raising and wish granting activities for Make-A-Wish Singapore. Being a father of three young children, it means a lot to him to be able to contribute and help bring hope and happiness to children with life-threatening conditions.
